Installation Instruction of slaughtering equipment:

1,First install the beam of bloodletting line,the highest point of the steel beam bottom is 5200mm. The lowest point of the steel beam bottom is 5000mm.After installing the steel beam,you could install the automatic loading device.This device could be connected by welding type.

2,The cattle hoist machine could be installed on the steel beam by welding type.The fixed guide wheel should be installed on the hoist position.

3,The rail should be installed by bolted connection which include 4 screws(20#) and base plates.

4,The hoist machine for changing rail could be installed on the steel beam by welding type.It should be vertical at the position of changing rail.

5,The rail for pre-peeling and processing carcass should be installed on the beam by bolted connection which include screws(20#) and base plates.

6，About the manual limiting position brakes,they could be fixed on the 225mm hangers by bolts

7,The installation method of hoist machine for unloading meat is the same as the hoist machine for changing rail.

8,The reciprocating cutting saw and brisket cutting saw should be hanged on the beam by balancers.

9,Both ends of the steel beam should be inserted in the wall. The dimension of wall hole: 400mm(height) X 200mm(wide).After the installation of steel beam,the wall holes should be filled with cement mortar.The pressure resistance of holes is not less than 2 Tons.
