Z-4 Spiral Dehairing Machine

This is the advanced equipment of the pig dehairing in the market. The inner of this machine consist of “U” type board to avoid hurting and breaking the body. It allows different sizes of pigs enter into it because of its wide space. The process can be controlled by machine systems and two rollers which leaded by two reduced speed machines can shave the skin fast. This equipment is suitable for the slaughtering factory with pig output.(Remark: pigs ought to scald hair before shaving and keep 3 minutes in 60-65 degree centigrade water or steam)
